Agreement to Terms

By purchasing services from FindYou Media ("we," "our," or "us") through the platfrm.ai platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not proceed with payment.

Services Offered

FindYou Media provides custom web application development services, including:

• Pro-code web application development
• AI-powered features and integrations
• Custom database design and implementation
• Managed hosting and maintenance

Payment Terms

Our pricing structure is as follows:

• Initial Build: $2,000 CAD ($1,000 deposit + $1,000 on delivery)
• AI Upgrade: $1,000 CAD (optional, adds AI Scout and semantic search)
• Monthly Subscription: $99 USD/month (hosting, maintenance, and support)

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. The deposit is non-refundable once development begins. The final payment is due upon project delivery.

Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimated based on scope and complexity. We will provide a timeline estimate after the initial consultation. Delays caused by client feedback, content provision, or scope changes may extend the delivery date.

Revisions and Changes

The initial build includes up to two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the original agreement may incur additional charges. We will provide a quote for any additional work before proceeding.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables, including code, design assets, and content created specifically for your project. FindYou Media retains the right to use the project in our portfolio and marketing materials. We retain ownership of any proprietary frameworks, tools, or libraries used in development.

Hosting and Maintenance

The monthly subscription ($99 USD/month) includes hosting, database management, SSL certificates, automatic backups, and technical support. Cancellation requires 30 days' notice. Upon cancellation, we will provide a code export, but hosting and support will cease.

Communication Consent

By providing your phone number and agreeing to these terms, you consent to receive phone calls and text messages from FindYou Media at 1-604-337-2500 regarding your project, invoices, and service updates.

Limitation of Liability

FindYou Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. If you terminate before project completion, the deposit is non-refundable, and you will be charged for work completed to date. If we terminate due to non-payment or breach of terms, all payments made are non-refundable.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
